When you call or email, we will hear your story, and then prayerfully help you schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.  We are able to see a wide range of folks who need help: children, adolescents, married couples, and individuals. We offer in-person therapy as well as e-counseling and teleconferencing.  Although our hours are by appointment only, we are glad to work with you to accommodate your schedule.  You can find out more on this website, or you can call our Central Office at 618-242-4185 ex. 38

Our Counselors

Christian Counseling and Family Services

Counseling with a distinctively Christian perspective

At CCFS, our Christian Counselors take an unapologetic stance for Biblical principles and practice from a distinctively Christian worldview.  We look at our method of counseling as a 3-legged stool...without all three legs, we are thrown out of balance.  We try to address issues  in a mind/body/spiritcounseling style.  More than just a prayer at the beginning of each session, we seek to integrate Biblically sound principles and theology with empirically proven psychological methods in order to better treat clients in a holistic manner.

Christian Worldview

Christian Counseling and Family Services is a private, non-profit agency which began in 1977.  CCFS is dedicated to providing Christ-centered treatment to individuals, couples, and families in order to meet their spiritual, emotional and social needs.  Professional counseling is provided with a proactive emphasis to help individuals, couples and families find health and healing.  With successful intervention, clients are able to identify their problems and deal with them in constructive ways.
